I stopped by Legacy Auto without an appointment because I had a slow leak in my right rear tire. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly and professional everyone was. Despite not having an appointment, they got my truck into the shop right away, repaired the tire, and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. A week later, the tire was still holding well.

I cannot say enough good things about Eddie. His work ethic, honesty, and clear communication regarding the work I needed done were exceptional. I even threw him a curve ball and asked for additional work after he started the original job, and he gladly completed it. Eddie fixed the locking mechanism on two doors and a tailgate, along with changing the front brake rotors and pads. Thank you, Eddie. We will definitely be back.

I called after work and they were able to assess the issue quickly and provide a fair estimate. I got my rotors changed and three new tires in an hour. They were kind, helpful, and fast. I live on the opposite side of Raleigh, but the drive is worth the service.

He is not in the business of taking advantage or charging obscene rates; he is building relationships while giving quality work. Any time something is wrong with my car, or even for an oil change, I drive 30–45 minutes out of the way because I know he won’t do me or my wife wrong. Lifelong customer—best mechanic, hands down!
